General Shipping Terms
The majority of our items are shipped through UPS Ground. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number when your order has shipped. Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. Occasionally some items may be back-ordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case. Orders shipped within TEXAS will be charged TX sales tax. Orders shipped outside of TX will not be charged sales tax. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. There is a one year manufacturer’s limited warranty against factory defects. Any item that arrives with a visible defect, or damage, will require a claim to be processed by opening a ticket at the following link: https://hivesandhoney.com/account.
We are able to provide replacement parts (drawers, doors, lids, legs, hardware, etc) at no charge, but damage to the actual body of the item may require a more complex solution.
Images are required for all claims, including packaging and item detail, all packaging materials must be kept intact for returns. All returns must be returned to us in its original packaging. All Returns must be in unused condition, with all original packaging.
Depending on the nature of the return, Shipping Costs and a 25% Restocking Fee may be assessed.
Items that have been assembled and/or missing any of the original packaging are not eligible for return.

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process and refund within five business days.
